Kellie Davis earned her BA from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Master's in Professional Studies from George Washington University. She began her career in fitness as a freelance writer and soon was recruited by her trainer and friend Bret Contreras to help pen Strong Curves: A Woman's Guide to Building a Better Butt and Body. Her passion for fitness and love of writing ignited a sound career in fitness and nutrition. Kellie's entrepreneurial spirit has led to several online fitness programs. She has also worked as a content development consultant for popular fitness, nutrition, and sports supplement corporations, and is a personal trainer in her private home gym. Above all, her deepest passion resides in helping women grow in strength both physically and emotionally through the empowerment of fitness.
